The Faces Behind The Mission
In 2019, Sean founded Shared Solar Advisors USA. His mission was simple: take what he had learned from over six years of door-to-door sales and apply it to selling something that was good for people and good for the planet.
Over 500 fulfilled megawatts later, Shared Solar Advisors remains a dedicated team of 50 sales reps who are on track to make over $80,000 this year while making a difference in their communities.
Sean curently lives with his wife and three kids in Rockford, MN.
Riley ensures that everything behind the scenes runs efficiently and at scale. From systems and logistics to team alignment, he focusse on turning big-picture strategy into day-to-day execution.
When he is not working, he’s likely doing improv or trying to find someplace he can swim!

Before working at SSA, Luke worked in marketing and recruiting for over ten years. A native of Minnesota, he’s an avid outdoorsman (can you tell by the photo?)
Fun fact: during his college years Luke traveled around the Midwest, cage fighting professionally and trained with some of the biggest names in the MMA world.
Seth leads the growth engine of our company. With a deep understanding of door-to-door sales and people development, he focuses on building high-performing teams and sustainable sales systems.
Seth has been a lifelong lover of all things nature. Coming from an entrepreneurial background, he has worked on and offsite with international development projects and sustainability initiatives.
Meet our newest addition to the team! Sasha shapes how our brand shows up to the world. From recruitment campaigns to community impact storytelling, she focuses on building trust, awareness, and long-term growth. Sasha’s work connects our mission to customers and future team members.
Sasha began with Shared Solar Advisors as its first ever intern in 2023. She’s currently based outside of Washington, D.C.
Ana supports the day-to-day needs that keep our teams moving. She plays a key role in coordinating processes, solving problems, and ensuring our agents have what they need to succeed.
Before joining Shared Solar Advisors, Ana worked at a real state investment company purchasing properties. In her free time she likes to sing and and cook.
Jonathan oversees the structure and systems that support SSA’s long-term growth. He bridges strategy and execution by improving internal processes, managing cross-team initiatives, and ensuring operational alignment.
Jonathan grew up in a small town in Massachusetts. He’s worked in various industries –cleaning, sales, truck driving, and mechanics.
